About Norma J. Spencer

With more than 28 years of educational leadership experience, Norma J. Spencer has served as a teacher, literacy expert, Title I Coordinator, special education administrator, principal, Community of Schools Administrator, Administrator of Black Student Achievement, and Black Student Achievement Strategy Specialist.
